Avionics Division, Hyderabad, a unit of HAL’s vast network invites applications from the eligible candidates in the prescribed proforma fulfilling the requirement for the following posts :
1 Warranty Technician
(Contract basis) (Ex-IAF Personnel)
2 Warranty Technician
(Contract basis) (Ex-Navy Personnel)
The appointed Personnel would be part of a team of service Personnel stationed at various IAF bases for product support at Tezpur (Assam), Srinagar, Sirsa (Haryana), Jodhpur, Utterlai (Rajasthan), Hashimara, Bagdora, Pune, Bidar, Bareilly (UP) and Kalaikunda (West Bengal) and at naval bases located at Mumbai, Delhi, Visakhapatnam, Cochin, Goa, Arokonam, Porbandar & Andaman and Nicobar.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:For post at Sl. No. 1:
Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent. The requirement is in trade of Radio / Radar Fitter. The candidates who have retired or due to retire shortly from the Indian Air Force in the Rank of Sergeant and above are eligible to apply
For posts at Sl. No. 2:
Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent. The requirement is in the trade of Electronics/ Electrical/Communication/ Electrical Radio/EA Radio/Mech Radio etc. The candidates who have retired or due to retire shortly from the Indian Navy in the rank of petty officer and above are eligible to apply.
APPLICATION FEE
Application Fee of Rs. 100 which is non refundable is to be sent in the form of crossed Demand draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank (preferably State Bank of India) in favour of “HAL, Hyderabad”, payable at Hyderabad. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD are exempted from payment of Application Fee. The Demand Draft should have been obtained between the period 01.06.2012 to 30.06.2012.
AGE
i. 35 years after deducting total period of service in Armed Forces further relaxable up to 3 years.
ii. Age is reckoned as on 01.06.2012.
iii. Relaxation will be extended as per rules in respect of Ex-Servicemen who have rendered at least 5 years of Defence service and have been released on completion of assignment.
SELECTION PROCEDURE :
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Written Test. Admit cards will be sent to the shortlisted candidates by Post/ E-mail / hosted on HAL website. The candidates shortlisted in the Written Test would be called for Interview. Candidates shortlisted for Interview are required to bring the certificates / documents (original and attested photocopies) in proof of Age, Qualification, Experience, Training, Caste, Disability etc. (as applicable), Ex-servicemen discharge book and passport size photographs at the time of Interview.
HOW TO APPLY:
(i) Eligible candidates may submit their duly filled in applications in the prescribed format in A4 size paper along with the relevant copies of certificates duly attested by Gazetted Officer with reference to Educational Qualification, Experience, Caste and also latest passport size photographs with an Application fee of Rs. 100/- (Non-refundable) in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of ‘HAL, Hyderabad’, payable at Hyderabad.
(ii) Applications complete in all respects should reach Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Deputy Manager (HR)-TM, Recruitment Cell, HR Department, Avionics Division, Post – HAL, Hyderabad – 500 042 by 30.06.2012.
